The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) organized a workshop titled “From Research to Consultancy: Bridging the Gap Between Academia and Industry” for IoBM faculty on October 30, 2025.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Rameez Khalid, Associate Professor and Consultant, IBA Karachi, who shared valuable insights on transforming academic research into consultancy opportunities and fostering meaningful collaboration with industry.
The interactive session emphasized practical strategies for leveraging academic expertise to address real-world challenges, thereby strengthening academia-industry linkages and promoting innovation and impact-oriented research.
