The Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BRAINS Institute Peshawar (BIP) to foster collaboration in research, innovation, commercialization, and incubation support.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro, Rector, IoBM, and Mr. Zafarullah Khan, Founding Rector, BRAINS Institute Peshawar. The partnership aims to strengthen academic and professional linkages between the two institutions and create opportunities for mutual growth and development.
Present during the signing ceremony were Dr. Seema Ansari, Director ORIC, IoBM, and Syed Faraz Ali, Manager ORIC, IoBM, who witnessed the formalization of this strategic partnership.
Under this collaboration, both institutions will work together on joint research projects, knowledge-sharing initiatives, capacity-building programs, mentorship activities, startup support, student entrepreneurship development, internship opportunities, and the organization of seminars, conferences, workshops, and other academic events. This MoU reflects the shared commitment of IoBM and BRAINS Institute Peshawar to fostering innovation, supporting entrepreneurial growth, and creating meaningful opportunities for students, researchers, and faculty members
